I see what CourtCrazy meant about Candna F2 being much stronger than F1 - Ross, Kyle, Timothy & Jonathan were seeded 1, 4, 6 & 9 in qualifying last week. I can only assume it's because there is no Future in the US next week now that the set of three in Texas has ended, though having said that, out of t...
A couple of Brits have turned up in qualifying in Western Australia: QR1: (q2) Tom Rushby WR 692 v Marvin Barker (AUS) UNR QR1: Dan Cottier UNR v (q15) Sun-Yong Kim (KOR) WR 1495 (CH 660 in 2006) The really weird thing about this is that Tom withdrew from this Future on 26 Feb - if he hadn't, he'd be 1st Alt on...
L32: Alex Slabinsky WR 396 v Evgeny Kirillov (RUS) WR 362 Not a bad R1 draw for Slabba given that it's quite a strong Future, but (2) Adrian Mannarino (FRA) WR 225 is likely to await the winner in R2. Lugassy, back from Japan after losing to Bloomers in Kyoto, is the top seed here.
after following last nights, ultimately dissapointing, matches wanted to do a quick poll of who we think will be the Brit No2 at the end of the year. i think there is a strong possibility that Jamie will overtake Alex around easter time as Alex has a lot of points to come off but then after Wimby Alex has al...
