Congratulations, Jamie, on your performances over the last few weeks - you've also managed to keep us all royally entertained! Thanks.

Can we do a deal? If Jamie moves up to Challengers later this month, we stop having to look at an Arsenal footballer every time you post? winkashamed

aww, I think the background is rather pretty. aww

And personally speaking a footballer is a footballer regardless of what team he plays for wink.gif

That's a shame, Count - just when I was organising a regularly-changing banner of Brechin City's greatest ever galacticos!

i'm just messing. you lot will have to put up with mine for a bit longer, and since im'm not a serial poster these days you'll be fine.

Tell you what, i'll keep it until mathieu signs a new deal

.... (and then i'll just put a different one up, probably of Hleb! biggrin.gif)

sorry didn't report the score earlier. i found out on my way to the movies and figured i didn't want to be the messenger of bad news. i sent jamie a text congratulating him on his valley run and asked him where he was headed next. he might be on a plane, so i'll post his reply when he gets back with me.

i really hope thats soon. its been dragging on for ages, although he has said he wants to stay. i guess the longer he plays at the level b4 he signs the more ££'s go up.

so many of the team deserve banners so many have been stars.

Sitak went on to win this tournament, the set he lost to Jamie being the only set he lost all week!
