Andy's Live Ranking During Week 10 (ATP Dubai)

The New Table is posted here (on britishtennis.net)

This week last year was the first week of Indian Wells, so there's no points to defend and no- one dropping places

Andy starts the week with 1625 points at world number 11.

If Andy brings home the title, he could climb as high as world number 8 - equalling his career high. Berdych, Blake and Gasquet stand in his way.

The threats this week are Youzhny, Gonzalez, Mathieu and Ferreiro. Youzhny needs to reach the Dubai semis. Gonzalez must win Las Vegas. Mathieu and Ferreiro must win Dubai.

Andy plays Federer tomorrow. He'll overtake no- one if he wins. no- one can overtake if he loses.

What- if for Wednesday:
Andy has 1625 points and is sitting at 11

If Andy beats Verdasco today, he'll have 1675 points.
He can't overtake anyone.

Whether he wins or loses:
He can't be overtaken by anyone.

Andy will stay at 11 today.

Nadal, Djokovic, Ferrer, Davydenko and Roddick win. No results yet from LAs Vegas.
