Winners of 50 and 75K tournaments are offered a feed-up to a specified Tier 3 or Tier 4 Main Draw (I don't know which one is on offer for New Delhi). If they decline then the feed-up is offered to the losing finalist (which is how Anne got into Kolkata last year).

That sounds like a pretty good idea, but am I the only one who's going to admit that when I saw the original post, I thought it must be describing a custom in Indian tournaments for the finalists to be taken out by the organisers for a good quality curry? ashamed
