I've just downloaded the doubles draw and see that it says Mark Knowles (BAH) and Andy Murray (GBR) are playing together. I am assuming this is a mistake and it should read Jamie Murray! I also see that Booty has made the draw with James Blake.

Amanda Carreras plays Greek top seed Anastasia Kontratevidi in rd1. Jamie Murray teams up with Jordan Kerr here. They play the Polish 4th seeds Mariusz Frystenberg and Marcin Matkowski. They beat Murray and Kerr in New Haven quite comfortably, and are in the final of Metz.
