'tis a ludicrously weak draw for a tier 1. Easiest 10 points ever for a lot of people -11 WC in the draw.

Jidkova got a bye as Lee-Waters' doubles final was on Saturday evening in Kentucky, not daytime as I had assumed.

This match is third on Court 9 (after Stevenson)

I expect Katie to win, Mels match is a a little tougher but for the chance to qualify for a WTA event it can't get much easier.
