25K event absolutely riddled with Brits! With Borwell and South in good form and playing on grass again I'm hopeful of some good points!
Borwell has reached the top 200 for the first time with her win at Wimbledon!
Here's the Table [(c) GC77] for week 28. I'm expecting to have to adjust the 18th/19th results once Tennisfacts is updated. It's based on the final Wimbledon table plus the ATP rankings on Monday, so any mistakes made there will be repeated here.
There appear to be no ATP points to defend this week as...

From the Telegraph:
It may be only a few days into Andy Murray's off-season, but thoughts have already turned to his schedule for the first months of next year, with his advisers disclosing yesterday that the Scottish teenager is planning to play two events before the Australian Open and will al...
Match on the scoreboard....then it disapears...then back....oh well....after beating the top seeds I really think that they can go all the way ! Auckland / Burgsmuller in 2 for me !
This match will start in 10-15 mins as Boggo has just won. If he can get a good few wins here he can lift his ranking higher as he has reached the top 100 now.
Hey, everyone im had to make a unexpected trip sat night an didnt get back till 7p.m sunday usa time which is 12 for most of you. well, after GB's defeat against SeM. we got israel AGAIN!! the likely choice of surface will probably be grass considering the tie will be played straight after wimbledon.
1.who shall play in this tie?
2.Greg to retire?
3.Andy to get a ban?????
i think the players who have played well at wimb...
15K on Clay
Another splattering of lesser lights in the qualifying here - unfortunately the usual run of poor results:
Qual Round 1:
(1) Marc Fornell (Esp) WR 364 bt Phillip Barlow (Gbr) 6-2,6-0
(3) Artur Romanowski (Pol) WR 1064 bt Alexander Hutchings (Gbr) 6-1,6-3

Now that Alex Bogdanovic has made the main draw and Andy has made second seed (first seed if Baghdatis pulls out as expected), how many of the other Brits will go over for qualies???
Last year there was NO cut for a 32 person qualies list. This is almost unheard of. And even if the cut is quite high this...
The Murray brothers are last on Court 1 today, probably somewhere around 4.30-5 local time or 9.30-10pm uk time.
It will be very interesting to see how they get on here as a good performance will likely mean them pairing up for GB in the Davis Cup tie.
Note: Andy is down to 234 in the doubles world...
Sunday 9th July
I'm hoping for double support when playing with Andy in the US
JAMIE MURRAY
IT'S been strange being away from Wimbledon this week and I have missed it, especially as I was unable to watch Andy play another Centre Court match on Monday. But it has been worth it; my doubles partn...
