These look like potentially decent draws for all three ladies and anything other than three wins would be a bit of a disappointment surely?

I agree.
And yet with the bookmakers, Alicia is a predicted to lose (2.1 v 1.66) and Beth is only expected to win by a smidgen (1.72 v 2).
Beth's odds might make sense in that the Japanese player used to be 178.
But Lissey's is presumably a reflection that no one has any confidence in her because you can't see anything special about her opponent.
