 I thought that it was only the ATP that had announced an extension of 'best of' until March.

But in fact 2020 week 1 points have not come off in either the ATP or WTA 11/01 rankings. So looks like the WTA are similarly extending 'best of' into 2021 and not taking points off for now.

Yes, just as the French Open, Wimbledon and US Open 2019 champions have kept these title points.

Kenin will be playing for another Grand Slam title and prize money but not additional ranking points.

I suspect not. live-tennis often adds points right away though this would be rather more in advance than usual.
