Jodie lost by 3-6 7-6(7) 6-1

Those 10 second set MPs ( 4 on serve ) will no doubt really hurt. Must hope that she takes the good points from the week ( was evidently excellent yesterday and that was a good position to get into against Sharma today ) but might take a day or two ...

Ahhh, that's gotta hurt with those 10 MPs, hopefully she puts it behind her quickly and has another productive Aussie tournament next week and it's good to see her competing well (with a top 200 win in the bag).

Gabby made mincemeat of the best player in College Tennis last year! Impressive stuff shows the level, interesting given Jodie was seriously considering it (college) and ran Astra very close in R2.
