Just got back to catch up with that JWH result - am thrilled !
He's got the doubles later - probably won't be able to walk tomorrow :) Good news for Marcus maybe, who's 5-0 up.
But Josh's best result ever, from what I can remember . . . brilliant. And maybe the less said about the coincidence of the NTC, the better. Or not. :)
Would like Marcus to win this week as he should be ranked higher than he is and has a few points to defend soon.
Josh M is showing a big improvement these last few months - anyone know when he joined Gosling? The Gosling boys are on fire at the moment - Ed C, George, Dave R, Josh M. Even Marshall Tutu plus Dan C have had good improvements this year.

I wonder if enough time has been spent focussing on why the NTC players results have seemed comparatively poor, including some of the same players looked at before and after moves, plus the atmosphere / environment often quoted as being poor.
Was it impossible to learn from others and implement significant changes rather than throw the baby out with the bathwater ?
Sorry, wrong thread really, but just the Gosling reference...
Nice to see JWH get his big win, looks like Freddie is starting to rediscover his better singles form and now getting back to his Brit bashing days. Long may it NOT continue !!

I think Alex Ward, Liam Broady and Luke Bambridge are the obvious cases that don't fit into your scenario. Tara had a good year last year. It's not all doom and gloom at the NTC.
Hmm, if that's your best offers, I think the point is generally made.
It would be even more alarming if there weren't some exceptions such as Alex ( who has to be fair indicated that he has been happy with the NTC ) and Liam to an extent.
