Massive match for Andy with the byes available in the clay court tournaments coming up. It seems like he's done an awful lot of work to make up one spot in the rankings, doesn't it?
Sorry Nole: nothing personal, I quite like you now you seem to have abandoned your annoying habits, but I feel it has to be time for the flame-thrower on the wax model. . .
I'm away sailing this weekend, so won't be able to update the tables. It's not going to be too complicated for Andy, though, and I'm sure Boggo, Richard & co can cope without me until Sunday night.
Yup - the gap is nice but with the dreaded clay coming up it would have been nice to have been in the top 10. Even more so with the byes available for the top 8 seeds. Ah well - it could definitely be worse and he has to do better on clay this year than he did last year (providing his confidence hasn't been completely shot with the loss tonight right enough.)
The updated Table is posted here (On Britishtennis.net)
Nole back at 7. Ljubicic at 8. Andy at 11.
....I don't know: I go off for a weekend and he puts on a c(*&p performance like that.......
