- It's trying to express (obviously not very well) that everyone gets 5 points for participating, and those without a bye through the first round get 20 points for reaching the 2nd round, wheras they all get 35 points for reaching the third round. (qualifiers get an extra 5 points, final qualifying round losers - including lucky losers - get an extra 3 points)
