With no Emma no British players high enough ranked for direct entry. But it does include the 2 finalists ftom Madrid. Two previous winners in Caroline Garcia(2019) and Ana Konjuh from 2015. She won the title when she was 17 and is yet to win another WTA singles title.
Another past winner in Vekic also in quals. The lists could well change nearer the time, and obviously the banned players a big factor, but the 8th seed in the Dutch W250 equivalent would have been the 3rd seed in Nottingham.

Presumably if the decision goes in favour of stripping the British events of ranking points, this will also continue through all the events in the UK post Wimbledon - eg the series of ITF 25's taking place over 5 or 6 weeks in July and August time frame?
not really British events, but WTA events - they have announced an updated calendar into second half of season and it includes a new WTA1000 event in Guadalajara in October

Has there been any mention of Russians being banned from those events? If not, then I doubt they would rescind points.

It is implied by the LTA's statement that it is not restricted to the grass season "The decision will impact pro-level adult and junior events in Great Britain and will last whilst the current situation continues in accordance with the UK Government guidance in place. The approach will be reviewed regularly and any future changes would be based on discussion with the UK Government."
Andy is second entry. Jack also in directly . Liam, Jay, Ryan and Paul all alts although any of those must get a wildcard if needed. Certainly Liam should move up.
Emma is top ranked entrant as 17 of top 20 go to Berlin to play. Heather is way down the alts list so it looks like any other Brits will need to be wild cards.
Just notice that Queens is not allowing the public to watch qualifying this year. Bit of a shame. Going by the above page.
Considering most people engage with sport by watching in the evening or weekend, closing off qualifying does not seem to help to engage fans to the sport.
The July ITF tournaments are now on the ITF website. Was just looking on the men's side first ITF grass events since Feb 2019 in Australia and first outside Australia since 2015 when Felixstowe and Frinton hosted a couple of $15k's which I guess back then would have been the equivalent to a $25k today.
