On the mens side, presumably this will be covered by the challenger TV set up so coverage of some sort. Therefore the womens matches may also be covered through the ITF streaming. Sadly though Jon you might not get the higher production values of the BBC or Amazon!

IIRC in recent years at the joint grass court events, because it is the ATP set up, the women's matches on the show courts haven't been streamed on the ITF site, much to our frustration, with the possible exception of the final. I've thought for a long time that these domestic ATP Challenger and high level womens ITF events would be ideal for Freesports.

Many of the women's matches are scheduled for streaming on the ITF live streaming site, starting at 11am.
Just a heads up for anyone wanting tickets to these events. The LTA has taken over the ticketing for events such as Ilkley and in try LTA style they have over complicated it. They cant email you a ticket that you can print out and scan at the gate, ooh no, you have to install their ticket app and if there are a group of you and not everyone has a smartphone, you have to all arrive together. Bonkers

With the weather like it is , Im just going to rock up on the Tues or Wednesday and take my chances on the gate, if its a nice day. Keeping my diary clear in the afternoons to leave me flexible !

Or you do all you are asked and get to the gate and cannot for the life of you get an internet connection. Genius

Completely agree - I managed to sort it but found it really trying - the app didn't accept my account I'd just made - it was all complicated.
I read the FQA and there was one that said 'what can you do if you don't have a smart phone?' and it basically said 'bog off'. I think officially it said 'the LTA are committed to make tennis inclusive but we need everyone to have a smart device - if you don't, call this office and we'll try and sort something - and basically explain why you need to get a smart phone'
Utterly ridiculous. I have a smart phone, I take it with me. Not everyone does. In fact, the latest stats I've seen are that only 88% of all adults have one. And for older people that's only 78%.
British tennis is about the last place that should be creating haves and have nots. Comitted to make tennis inclusive? - bog off! I hope that many people take the time to get in touch with the LTA ( in some form of communication that is acceptable to them ) and conplain and point out the hypocrisy.
This is like far too much of the service industry today. Just because you have some new technology to do things differently and possibly ( always? ) more efficiently for you doesn't mean you have to introduce it when it will be at the very least much more inconvenient to your customers.
I may have missed this discussion, but, re: the 25ks coming after Wimbledon in July and August, we have 3 x men's on grass, followed by 1 on hard, but on the women's side, all 4 are on hard.
Have we heard any explanation for this weird difference?
just looking ahead to the ITF events post Wimbledon. The first ones are a mens grass court in Roehampton and womens OH surface one at the NTC
The question I had was - as the venues are notated differently, where is the mens event being played? Is it also the NTC (why is it not written like the womens?) and do they have grass there? Or are they using the Wimbledon qualifying courts being played on this week in Roehampton?

I think some of the grass courts used in qualifying are part of the NTC but the sites sort of merge for qualifying on this part. However as the AELTC currently has a 15 year lease on the Bank of England sports ground I reckon it will be on those courts. As posted in the Mens qualifying event thread. You could notice bits and pieces that the site is now AELTC owned.
I wonder if next year the grass ITFs will be both Mens and Womens but they decided to do just one this year to see how the courts hold up after being used for qualifying , Juniors and then ITfs.
