ITA Womens North West Regionals

Angelica Blake qualifies for ITA fall Nationals by reaching singles final  of 128 Draw Regionals. So an impressive 6 wins for her and her second final in 2 weeks.

University of Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens coach, Brit Elise Van Heuvelen-Treadwell who had an incredibly successful week at Intercollegiate Tennis Association - ITA Regionals. Doubles champions!

Elise & her student-athletes are Nationals bound. Well done Elise.

Thought it might be good to see exactly which British players are playing US D1 tennis this year and follow their progress over this academic year.

On the Womens side I know of these players with their present singles UTrs . If I missed any let me know so I can add them. On the mens side I dont have so much knowledge so if anyone else wants to take that on that would be great.

Nell Miller 10.21 North Carolina State

Amelia Rajecki 10.86 North Carolina State

Angelica Blake 10.94 Stanford

Alicia Dudeney 10.63 Florida

Grace Piper 10.17 Southern California

Indiana Spink 9.98 Arkansas

Erin Richardson 10.5 California

Myah Petchey 9.82 Oregon

Holly Staff 10.16 Vanderbilt

Kylie Bilchev 10.38 Georgia

Olivia Peet 10.05 Texas Tech

Esther Adeshina 9.89 Tennessee

Charlotte Russell 9.07 Tulane

Maria Budin 9.77 Rice

Vic Allen 10.01 Florida State

Sofia Johnson 10.15 Tulane

Sally Pethybridge 9.38 Portland

For the upcoming National Fall Championships, I think the only player who qualified for singles is Angelica Blake . In doubles Sally Pethybridge, Alicia Dudeney, Nell Miller and Amelia Rejecki all qualify.

Good luck to all of them !

Following their recent success, Millie Rajecki and Nell Miller have done a podcast on Cracked Rackets

"2022 ITA All-American Womens Doubles Champions and NC State upperclassmen Nell Miller and Amelia Rajecki join Editor-in-Chief Alex Gruskin to discuss their title run in Cary, a behind-the-scenes look at the famed NC State System, expectations for 2023, and so much more!!"

Great to see our girls doing so well over there !

The 2022 ITA NATIONAL FALL CHAMPIONSHIPS will take place November 2-6, 2022, at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, California. The Championships are the grand finale to the fall collegiate tennis season and feature 64 of the nations top collegiate singles players (32 men and 32 women) and 64 doubles teams (32 mens team and 32 womens teams).

Singles: Finn Bass (Baylor), Angelica Blake (Stanford) , Jake Fernley, Max Basing

Doubles Lui Maxted +1 (TCU) and Alicia Dudeney +1 (Florida), Sally Pethybridge  +1 (Portland) and Nell Miller and Amelia Rejecki (N. Carolina State) see CDs post above for podcast details smile Charlotte Russell +1 (Tulane), Erin Richardson +1(Cal Berkeley), Finn Bass +1

I am going to include the Delaware womens doubles team as they are coached by Brit Elise van H-T as detailed previously. Agree with your comments on Elise CD, my son knows her and said he thought she would have done well on the womens tour had she chosen that route.

Apologies if I have missed anyone

Amelia Bissett Florida State

Destinee Martin's TCU

Worth mentioning these two as they were both top 100 juniors
