 biggrin

I had just had a blinkin phone call at 4-5 in the TB

So great that Katie then played some brilliant, clutch points - but I missed them!

Pironkova v. Konjuh  with the winner making the main Wimbledon draw. This is a match that looks more fitting for a main draw than qualifying.

Arina Rodionova just interviewed - says courts playing very slow, everyone commenting the same.

Not sure re main Wimbledon courts obviously but that is the Roehampton message

Watching this on live scores is giving me huge nostalgia! Makes me feel like I'm watching the scores for a Katie O'Brien match back in like 2008.

Katie did really well there.

At 15-30 down that volley she took at full stretch was just stellar.

And at least forced Cathy to try and serve it out

Exactly ! that was SUCH a poor game from Cathy - two horrible double faults, a groundshot that practically hit the back fencing before it bounced
