RE: Taking a break

Very best wishes for the 25th and very well done with the weight loss. Sure you must be feeling health benefits already so hopefully that will be your motivation, keep up the good work smile

Good to hear from you Bob!
Massive well done on the weight loss. It's such hard work, so you've done brilliantly!
Hope for a good outcome for you on the 25th.

Fantastic news about the weight loss Bob. I promised myself Id lose weight ready for a choir tour in Barcelona in 2020. Trouble is it was put off till 2021 and again to 2022. Still need to start. Its very hard so youve done an amazing job - keep going. We also lost money on a property purchase in Florida along with many others. Its a challenging process trying to recoup even a small amount so best of luck on the 25th. Happy day today, though - Liam has put a big smile on all our faces.

Belatedly all the best for October 25th, Bob.

All the best too with your fitness regime and weight loss target.

OK, I partly came in here to record my own weight loss.
February 2020 : 14 st 6.5 lb ( 92 kg )
Today : 11 st 13.6 lb ( 76 kg ) - that's everything off like a boxer desperately trying to make a weight.

Eating less, exercising more, strangely enough can have quite an effect . By exercise more I mean walking more. No big cycle rides or jogging ( did my back in for ages many years ago and haven't jogged or entered 10Ks since ).

Anyway it's recorded so if I go back much above 12 stone in the future feel free to give me a good telling off.

 Amazing!! Well done!!

That beats me - I got from 12 st 7 lb to 11 stone dead, but have crept a little to 11 stone 5 lbs - and yep, the creep has been less exercise and eating more - it works both ways sadly!

I am inspired to push on now and get back to 11!!

Well done again!

Thanks everyone.  One thing I do know is that Monday is unlikely to be the end of it.  From what my lawyer has told me, if we win, the bank will appeal and if we lose, I will have grounds for an appeal myself.  That means at least another year before we reach the appeal court.

But winning on Monday would still be an important step as it would put the balance in my favour if we go to the appeal court.

I am traveling up on Sunday evening just to avoid early morning traffic driving around a city I don't know that well and looking for a parking space. SO fingers crossed and thanks again.
