Take care of yourself bob (I know what you mean about the tennis...I haven't watched a whole match since...I can't remember. Not this year anyway) and hope that the court case(s) and everything get resolved in your favour.

I'm late to this but if it's any consolation I'm hearing similar from so many people. I know you're not in the UK but I don't think we could sustain another lockdown next Winter. You're doing the right thing by focusing on getting outside, eating properly and exercising. I'm so lucky as I have a job that requires me to leave the house and as it' shift work I can fit in running easily, it's been a lifesaver for me. I've also focussed on my diet but as a way to reduce waste as it seemed more positive than trying to count calories/lose weight, now down to 1/4 black bin every 2 weeks, well chuffed, a small but positive contribution to the Planet. Life will get better.

Just a quick update to let everyone know that I am feeling a bit better. Might have something to do with the following result:

Bob in Spain 1-0 Gas installation Company.

The judge basically told them to get lost and pay all the costs. That is a weight off my mind.

Thank you all for the kind messages, both public and private. I have no doubt I will be back posting regularly soon.

Bob.

Good to hear Bob, one victory for you is a victory for all of us against the pirates, next time I have a similar dispute I'll make sure to call you to give them a thorough verbal thrashing.

Great stuff, Bob

I mean, we've had Bob in Spain, and Bob in Brazil, and Bob the Wanderer

But it's not good being Bobless cry

Seriously, great to hear the court case went well. Hope everything continues to perk up

Bob is like Arnie in Predator .... few more wins for dirty Leeds and he .... will be back... refreshed, preaching the bible of Bielsa, and full of the joys of Yorkshire mid table mediocrity.

Great to hear you have given it to the man ... at the compania de gas.

Just a quick note to everyone to let you know I am doing OK. I haven't really watched any tennis or followed the scores for a while but other things are going a little better for me. Had my first jab today (Pfizer) with the 2nd one already scheduled for 8th June.

Just one big hurdle for me to overcome at the moment. During the pandemic I haven't received any assistance from the government but the bank did allow me to swap my mortgage to an Interest Only one, for 12 months. That expires at the end of this month. I am in negotiations to try and extend that for another 12 months. That would be a major relief for me. If I can get that off my mind, then I am going to try and switch back on to tennis again.

Hope everyone here is well. Thanks again for the public messages and the private ones. They are appreciated.
