However I was wrong Ben did in fact finish top but withdrew due to illness according to the commentator Abigail Johnson on twitter.

ah-ha. So presumably the tiebreaker at the top must either be H2H between the two tied players (Ben beat Billy) or matches won (3-2 for Ben)? But either way, illness trumps that and Billy gets through!!

Although having seen the Jönköping ITF M25 thread that illness, doesn't look too bad! Skipping out on the finals to go play ITFs appears to be a way of losing stuff like the Pro League.

Great to see Katy back playing after almost a year out. Holly is another one returning from injury, although only a couple of months in her case.

Yeh for Katy !

And I wouldn't be surprised if Lauryn gave pro tennis a go - she's graduated now (I think) and I think it was in her plans.

Judging by order of play, the draw is something like:

Pool A - George Davies, Derrick Chen plus 2 others

Pool B - David Quayle , James McKinlay plus 2 others

Pool C - Michael Shaw, Liam Hignett, Vijay Prashanth, Patrick Foley

Pool D - Josh Paris, Scott Duncan, Sahej Maker, Ewan Moore

Mens draw looking considerably weaker this week than previous weeks to date

George Houghton, Dan Cox, Oscar Weightman and Llewelyn Bevan appear to be the missing names. Going by www.sofascore.com/standings/tennis/exhibition/uk-premier-tennis-series/91637

Only 3 of the current top 9 are playing with the next highest being Oscar in 15th. Oscar is 17 points adrift of George in 9th and 18 behind Charlie Broom in 8th who isn't playing. Would need two good showings to trouble the top 9. You'd imagine the top 9 are fairly safe.

I notice Katy Dunne is playing on the Womens side. Is this her first tournament back from injury?

I think this is Katy's first tournament back, although I saw something a couple of weeks ago about her playing club doubles.

Yeah, I think Ewan Moore is also down in 21st place and next highest.

So if Dan Cox wins this week, he could takeover top spot. And looking at this field, he should really be targeting the title .

Or Josh Paris, both are on 47 points either take the title they go top. If neither take the title then Billy will still be top.

Indeed, would be good if the two of them could play the final for top spot...
