Andy looked in trouble at 15-40 second serve, but made the point. Good serve for deuce. Points trading. Andy serves well. Game
Once again, some of Andy's serves are excellent, just not nearlly enough of them. Fortunately, the more under pressure, the better the serve (in general).
I didn't think I was going to chew cushions in this match, I thought he would probably be trounced. . . This is well worth the loss of a few cushions! C'mon, Andy!
Fantastic from Andy in that game, holding his nerve and saving two set points was brill. Hopefully he can take that momentum into this game and break again. Ferrer must be gutted right now after missing those chances.
DF: backhand slice long 15-0, deep backhand return 15-15, forehand pass wide under pressure 30-15 (Andy grumbling), lucky net cord 40-15, backhand down the line net 40-30, forehand drop shot reply to Ferrer’s drop shot deuce, backhand down the line net ad AM break point no.1, forehand down the line net Andy breaks 6-5.
Ferrer hasn't played well, but I still think that a big part is that he hasn't worked Andy out.
Hope Andy can find the serves, cause I don't think Ferrer is happy, but if he could pull the set back he'd no doubt get a fresh injection of morale, and Andy might not react well.

Ferrer seems to be getting nervous from the sound of that, 3 ues in 4 points - sounds like he might be tightening up
