Russell Fuller on Radio Five Live Extra was saying that he is hearing the Tour Finals at the O2 will be held, all things being equal. Dan is of course 11th in the Race and thus it will be a big couple of months if that is the case, with two slams, 3 Masters (Cinci, Madrid, Rome) confirmed, maybe Shanghai and Paris to come after that. So most of the events are big events and split reasonably fairly between clay and hard - shame he has lost the grass of course. But with Federer out for the rest of the season, Dan is effectively 10th and must have a fighting chance of making those finals - big incentive for him and something to look forward to watching as the season unfolds
Cam gets the first set as well, seems to be playing well. The text report talked about how Cam had the best metres covered stats of the last 4 - which of course can also mean he has been made to run the most, so not necessarily a "good" stat, but nonetheless he said in the commentary interview on radio that he backs himself as an athlete against Kyle
Well I thought it would be close in both matches and they don't get much closer than that. Congrats to Kyle and Dan for make the final. Super effort from Cam and I am sure Andy will be delighted to get the matches under his belt.

The semi's have been close and nothing much between these four apart from a conclusive win by Dan v Cam in the group, so I'm pleased we got the final I think most wanted and another chance for Dan to prove he has moved on in recent times. He needs to beat Kedders finally here, he has failed miserably in the past from memory, put that demon to bed as well. He hasn't had the game to beat the FH in the past but perhaps now he can work Kedders over with his new found resolve.

From memory, Kyle has a 3-0 lead in the H2H so as you say, it will be interesting to see how they match up. It seems they are both playing very well despite the long lay off so it shuold be a terrific match.
I have to cheer for my man Kedders of course, but I won't be too disappointed if Evo wins. That's what happens when possibly your favourite two players go mano-a-mano.

Agreed, British tennis is the winner and may the best man win, good luck to both!
Personally I'm hoping Dan comes through but I also want to see the best Kedders we have seen for some time, a close one please boys.
And with the 3rd place play-off in addition to the final, our top 4 will each have had 5 singles matches including playing all the others in the top 4.

Also, related to above, Joe leads the Doubles race with Rajeev and Jonny is also in the top 8 with Arevalo. With others in the top 20 teams or thereabouts (Ken (and Gonzalez) , Luke (and Maclachlan), Dom (and Al-Qureshi) and Jamie and Neal). So we could have several players with real chances of reaching London in a season where one or two really good results could make the difference.
Will be really interesting to see how it pans out, if of course it pans out at all and I , for one, wonder about some of the events...
