Dan will break Kedders again here if Kyle doesn't pluck up. Love forty down Kedders..

I haven't seen any of the tennis this week but from what I have heard and read, Dan has been outstanding. Delighted that he is playing so well.

Just want to point out though that technically Kedders is still 3-0 in the H2H as "exhibition tournaments" don't count.  wink

I have to defend my man, don't I. biggrin

Well done to Dan for a good victory - I am sure he will be delighted with that.

Also to Jamie and Neal for their victory yesterday.

But main congratulations to Jamie for his vision for putting this tournament on and for his hard work in bringing it all together along with all the other people who have been involved. A great effort and well done!

The players all seemed to have really enjoyed themselves - it was competitive throughout but at the same time a lot of good natured banter going on. From what I have seen everyone has been very sensible and looking to minimise risk as much as possible.

So overall a great event and I have enjoyed watching the tennis that I have been able to see.

Good stuff all round!

Congrats to Jamie for putting on a brilliant week of tennis. I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Really great to see all the top Brits playing and in such a lovely spirit. Definitely worth my free trial of Amazon Prime biggrinbiggrin

Yes, great tournament, great matches, and great coverage. Certainly kept me distracted from work this week !

How good was that? No linesmen, no ball boys, same end for each set and the matches flowed so much better. Really enjoyed the week's tennis.

Dan is my favourite male British player (sorry Andy) and has been for years. I'm really pleased to see him do well and show his hunger to succeed.
If we have to do the drugs ban - there were some media comments. I'd say I think he took full responsibility for his actions, regrets them and has shown how to progress.

Brilliant tournament well done Jamie, it gave us competitive tennis in a safe environment, and it was lovely to see our guys on home turf showing their skills.

Great stuff all round and tennis really feels back when SC is giving chapter and verse on the result before anyone else has blinked

So Jamie & Neal and Dan are the champs, who'd have though? Me, me

Haha. I was going to ask if anyone had predicted both winners, good to see.

Yea, very successful and I'd like to see them do it again. Russell fuller on the radio commentary said there are possible plans for a similar event in 4 weeks, with womens also, I wasnt sure if he meant the st George's hill events, but it seemed like roehampton? Too soon for me,  should make it annual and keep it fresh.

Yes, court less cluttered, no arguments - really I agree and enjoyed it very much.

Just catching up now, you'd be forgiven for thinking that Amazon had suddenly lost their WTA rights with that 'plenty more tennis coming your way' video package at the end of the coverage, especially when all 5 tournaments advertised were mixed events.

Still, a very enjoyable and well ran tournament, and I watched more than I was expecting to, and it has left me thirsty for more. Well done to all involved.
