Hannah takes the first set 6-2. The French girl had treatment on her lower back (surprised she wasn't taken off court) but seems ok.

Hannah completes her win. Hephzibah opens up on Centre tomorrow against the younger of the much vaunted Czech sisters - should be a good one to see as Tennisdad 101 says. Hannah is on 4th, while Henry is 6th on court 1

Hannah wins 2 & 4 not an easy match to watch with lots of unforced errors from her opponent.  Tougher match round 3 vs number 2 seed. Centre court match today.

Heph got thumped by Czech Starlet The Younger. But there'll be other days....

R3: Brenda Fruhvirtova (CZE) def. (Q) Hephzibah Oluwadare 6-3 6-0

Tough match Brenda was top class today.  Still signs of brilliance from Hepzibah and much more to come!

Well, Hannah took care of the second seed very nicely:

R3: Hannah Read def. (2) Sara Bejlek (CZE) 7-5 6-4

Never seen Hannah play before - she reminded me rather of a young Katie Boulter - long arm and leggy, very nice technique, but actually more dynamic and mobile than Katie B was at that age. It was a good quality match, Bejlek refused to go away, but Hannah thoroughly deserved it.

A very good match from Hannah today versus a good opponent.

Henry is now on livestream - I read that he moved over to France, this time last year, after being accepted at the Mouratoglou academy.

But I assume that didn't last long as he's listed on the new elite Loughborough Academy list

Henry's bonus run comes to an end. Hannah's quarter-final will apparently be on the streamed court 2, but the full oop isn't available online yet.

Boys R3

Fran Rakonic (CRO) d. (LL) Henry Searle 6-4 6-4

Girls QF

Tamara Kostic (AUT) v Hannah Read

Thanks for the link.  Not clear whether or not he was intending just moving for a few months, but the article seems to imply a longer commitment. However Tennis First announced a few months ago that he was moving back to the UK to be coached by Nick Cavaday in Loughborough from September 2019

Yeh he moved to France, but I know when he got a place on the new lta centres it was too good an opportunity to turn down.

I saw Hannah at the Wirral tournament and I was quite impressed. I can understand the Katie Boulter reference.

Hannah on court 2. Her consistent counter punching Proving tough for her opponent!

Great match by Hannah to take the victory 6-2 7-6

Gorgeous backhand winner for match point that wrong-footed her opponent.

Some moonballing at the end. But overall some very lucid, and consistent tennis, with aggression thrown in at good moments.
