Paul gets his ATP ranking back:

L48:  (WC) Paul Jubb UNR defeated Jürgen Zopp (EST) WR 244 by 6-7(7) 6-4 6-4  ban-woohoo.gif

Bit of a wobble in the fourth game (I think) of the decider, but he survived.  biggrin

L32:  (5) Dennis Novak (AUT) WR 113 (= CH) vs (WC) Paul Jubb UNR

Very impressive from Paul. Was put under a bit of pressure in that last set and looked a bit tired at times but his fan club helped him over the line.

Now that is impossible SC, how on earth did you get that score up, it was up before my scoreboard showed the tick !!!

Anyway, yes, great result for Paul and well done. Zopp is experienced and at 244 in the World I think it shows where Paul probably is right now, playing top 250 standard tennis. Novak will be a different game, depends on surface as well, but great first win at this level

Believe it or not, bet365 is actually slightly faster than live TV coverage.  I noticed that, not for the first time, on Sunday evening when I was watching the Lionesses play Scotland:  I happened to have the bet365 LS running as well (don't ask me why!) & I knew before it was shown on screen that the girls had got that second goal!  wink

In our house there is a 3 second delay between what our TV in the kitchen shows / or you can hear, and what appears in the living room. Can be very annoying if you are moving between rooms whilst something is on, particularly commentary!

Yay re Paul.

Live GB #14, GB race #10 and GB predictions #10 - though doesn't look as if anyone went for him.

Good win to reenter the rankings too. Be interesting to see how he gets on vs Novak.
