The seeds above made it through round 1 with exceptions being Andre, who lost to Angelica Blake, and Amelia Stuart who retired at 1-1 first set. Angelica Blake had Jamie Delgado watching her match.
No surprises so far with the 6 seeds who did advance yesterday all making the QF. 2 results outstanding, the matches featuring Holly Staff and Angelica Blake.
Holly's result has now come through, and I guess that might be the biggest surprise of the day - she lost to Emma Wilson 1-6 6-4 7-5. All the other results were straight sets, most of them wide, so I'm assuming Angelica has probably gone 3 sets as well.

Angelica's result is now in and looks very routine after all, 6-2 6-2. The match was supposed to start at 11am, so result probably just came in late, unless the match start time was delayed. Sets up an interesting match with Alice tomorrow.

Yes, the results from the BT often take a while to come through - depends who is on site on the day ! It appears it was the third match on that court though with the other two taking 1:20 and 2:21, so that might explain it.
Although I can't really believe that Holly took 2:21 to beat Kimberly 6-1 6-2 !
Freya Christie [1/482] def Amelia Rajecki [8] 7-5 6-3 Emma Wilson def Eliz Maloney [5] 6-4 6-2
Holly Hutchinson [7] def Tiffany William [3] 6-3 6-2 Angelica Blake def Alice Gillan [2] 6-0 6-0
So tomorrows semi-finals lineup is
Freya Christie [1/482] v Emma Wilson Holly Hutchinson [7] v Angelica Blake
Looks like she could be a very interesting addition especially with the earlier mention of Delgado. Shame she didn't get out over the grass season, but a Woking MDWC could be on the cards, or a QWC at worst.
Speaking of Woking, does winning this automatically lead to a MDWC, like some of the previous editions?

Good heavens that's some result for Angelica! I see she has a JCH of 199, but apart from the fact she's played her junior career over in the US under US nationality, does anyone know much about her?
Her birthplace says Montgomery, which I assume is Montgomery, Wales rather than Alabama.

I was very curios when she switched earlier in the year, as it did come across a bit of a notable addition, and there is a bit more info from posters in there. She referenced that some of her family are from the UK and she did live here a bit when she was younger, but I'm sure she was born in the States. But those certainly are notable results, particularly Alice as you say because Alice had won routinely earlier in the day, so surely not a case of her being exhausted from that. Quite exciting.

Yes, Woking MDWC to the winner, QWC to the runner-up/ The men get the same to Roehampton.
