the curve balls will be Naomi and Laura. Not sure Naomi will still be around come the end of the year and who knows what will happen with Laura. Will she even come back?

Very excited this year! I've just written my annual blog about the 8 players I predict to have successful years in 2019. Last year, I went for Boulter, Lumsden, Taylor and Burrage (as well as 4 men...)

As others have mentioned, plenty to ponder this year with the new ranking and entry systems, and fluctuations of form last year. I'm sure Mandy will pick up a lot of points if she remains fit, but don't think she will catch my top ten. Emma R is a fantastic prospect, but is still young, and she may well not play enough tournaments to climb that high to make the top ten. I've gone for Laura, on the basis that she has had a good preseason training, and ought to be able to pick up the points very quickly to get the entries she'll need to progress.
