Liam is second on ct 1
Unusually Cam is a tba match (normally they leave two women's matches aimed at Centre/1 if they become available). Perhaps they are worried that Liam won't be competitive, in the only men's match on ct 1

Andy has withdrawn. Sad, but not altogether surprising.

Heart-broken, but can understand his logic & it's a sensible decison, if it means he can come back fully fit for the US Open.  Take your time, Andy...

The correct decision for Andy he is not fully match fit. However what a miss for Wimbledon and Andy will be gutted.

Kokkinakis is one LL spot from the main draw. Kokkinakis is all of us with this tweet which says anyone but Muzza:

Former #Wimbledon boys champions in 2018 main draw:

Federer[1998]
Monfils[2004]
Chardy[2005]
Dimitrov[2008]
Fucsovics[2010]
Shapovalov[2016]

Interesting only six - that makes a lot of Wimbly Junior boy champions who haven't even made the top 128.....

Well some of them have in the past, but interesting to see just the same

Notable absentees this year:
1999 Melzer
2000 Mahut
2007 Young
2012 Peliwo

I don't think Melzer and Mahut are the absentees that jump out to me - they are/were top players who are now 35, came close in qualifying, didn't quite make it, but are hardly spring chickens

For me, the interesting previous winners who are not in the main draw this year are the far more recent ones: de Bakker, Young, Kutnetzov, Saville, Quinzi, Peliwo, Rubin, Opelka...

These are all tip-top juniors, great on grass, and not even in the top 128.

Liam is 3-3 with Raonic. I don't think he can beat a fully fit Raonic, but he isn't playing a fully fit one. Just needs to keep the match going as long as possible.

Liam 5-5. Playing way above his normal level.

Is it me or does Liam always seem play a poor game at the tight end of a set?

L128:  (13) Milos Raonic (CAN) WR 32 defeated (WC) Liam Broady WR 173 by 5, 0 & 1

As expected, sadly.
