Yes and if Maguire and Alli hadnt scored where would the victory have come from?

Just keep chomping on your sour grapes .

Meanwhile well done Kyle for the first set.

Sweet Strawberries my friend, I couldnt actually give 2 hoots anyway. Just a little bit of a reality check for those getting carried away. I like to deal with the evidence and facts rather than windswept exuberance.

Kyle has this, its still not the Novak of old. 70-80 per cent Novak these days. No reason he cant go on and win this in straight sets, showing some great maturity and looks relaxed out there in a similar way the England team did.

Fantastic 1st set from Kyle, Denise seemed to be getting into it but Steve was looking calmer than Gareth Southgate LOL

Both wrong Im not supporting Novak, silly season is well and truly here.

Englands Draw is a bit like Rafa and Roger who have played ATP Plodders. Similar fare football wise, beaten by a better team and a few wins against average teams. Without Pickfords save who knows.

Lets hope Kyle gets as fortunate, maybe a few net cords and missed challenges when the ball goes out (like the 2nd goal offside for example)

Probably best to at least try to keep to the facts. Alli was not close to offside and it was his position that mattered.

Meantime Kyle, I had to leave you for the last two sets and you've gone and lost them

What's been the story ?

C'mon, Kyle !

So it was your fault Indi.  Stay where you are now until the end of the match.

Novak went from 70percent old Novak to 85%, and is working out Kyles game at the moment.

Poor from Kyle there, essentially cheating. He must have known that ball has bounced twice. Murray wouldve conceded that point. But then Andy pays tax in this country while Kyle is now resident in the Bahamas.

Ball bounces twice, Kyles racket leaves his hand, he touches the net and the ball goes out at double break point down....

If Kyle turns this match around now then its a hollow win. I cant see how he didnt know all of that.

Harsh but true. He should have conceded it bounced twice. Probably felt aggrieved from the previous point

Yes, but apart those little details all was fine

Though yes should have conceded the point.

I assume 2007 when Andy was out injured.

Just to note that Gulbis, who Jay took to 5 sets in R1, has just taken out Sasha Zverev to make the L16.

Looks to have overall been a pretty decent effort by Kyle against an improving Novak. Indeed very good at times. And I did stay with it to the end.
