You're quite right. The 6/4 = 1.5 in basic conversion.
But the decimal odds that a betting site use take into account the 'getting your stake back bit' so it's a lot easier (which is why people like it)
i.e 10/1 gives you back £11 in total, your 10 plus your £1 stake.
So on a betting site that will not be listed as 10.00 (plus your 1) but it will be listed as 11.00 because your total return potential for a £1 bet is £11

Katy just got broken to 0 to lose the second set 5-7. Not a lot between these two - Katy is more aggressive, but making a few more errors, Nicole's defence is pretty good. Katy could easily have won this in straight sets.
