Murray's playing some stunning stuff today. Still got to fancy Djokovic to turn it around though.

I don't think I've ever seen Djokovic get this rattled though. Cursing and muttering like a young Murray.

Novak still arguing with the ump. Not happy about the state of the court.

The one time I'm in Serbia and Murray beats Djokovic!

Djokovic seemed to give up a bit in that last game.

Nonetheless, sublime performance from Murray. Thoroughly deserved win.

Absolutely brilliant winning shot. And absolutely brilliant for it not to be Murray who was the angry whinging player wasting energy and losing concentration on this occasion. His composure no doubt aided by his strong position but nevertheless, I was impressed

What a match point!

Possibly an even better clay court season this year than last...

Andy also helped by Bellucci, Nadal and Nishikori today.

But this is the second consecutive huge final involving the same two players... At some point soon, does it ecome legitimate to start to talk of the "big two"? Andy's never been in a "big two" before...

It was a big 2 from about September 2012 to July 2013, before Murray unfortunately had to take a step back to have surgery.

When two players have really separated themselves for a sustained period, arguably a year or so. Great clay season from Andy but were Indian Wells and Miami so long ago?  And much as I am understanding as to possible reasons why Andy wasn't on song then, far too early to me to talk about the "big two" but the signs are good.

The ranking points difference  and general results for a long time have said "big one" with Fed who has missed Masters events even back with Andy equal on ranking points going into Rome.

Be great if this much more in the agenda come the end of the year.

Yes, Sep-Jul is a bit short of an "era".
