Djokovic, hitting a lot of lines, to lead 2*-1...

Not looking too clever at the moment:  first set down the pan by 2-6.  cry

6 sets lost in the last 36, vs the top 10 at Masters 1000.
When do we start introducing a handicapping system for Novak?

Edit: get the numbers right... eventually.

Andy redresses the balance, taking the second set by 6-3.

That is some turnaround from Andy.  Make that 7 from 37 for Djokovic.  Hoping Andy can make it 8 from 38.

I heartily second the proposal from the right honourable member from Spain!

Was just about to post that Djokovic was back in his "thou shalt not pass" mode when he went *2-0 in the 3rd, and then he throws in 2 DFs and Andy breaks straight back. Game on still.

Andy saves one MP to force Novak to serve it out.
Can we get a repeat of the wobbles Djokovic showed serving out against Kei?

2nd MP saved (oh, and 6 BP missed... here comes a (lucky?) seventh)

The 7th BP is spurned, a 3rd MP is not.

Not a bad game with some just wows from Andy ( well from the crowd ), yet another BP ... and again no... another MP ... GSM Djokovic

Very good try mate.

I actually think that after the 1st set, Andy played a terrific match. Sometimes we just have to accept that Djokovic isn't world Nš1 (by a mile) for nothing.

Some fantastic play from Andy there - great to watch. Just a shame that Nole's shots seem to be drawn to hit the lines so often.
