Djokovic was flawless there wasn't much Andy could of done.

That's a very simplistic way to look at things.

Yes, maybe was a very good mix - the brooding Ivan looking down plus the enthusiast Jez and long time pal, Dani. Do it for yourself and the team mate, and he often did.

Combined - probably rather more useful than Kim's utterances and teeshirts.

Maybe would help having someone in the box that is more of a motivational and driving influence when things get tough. For a guy that looks so much to his box, I doubt Amelie vs Ivan is the greatest of contests. But we are where we are ...

I always thought that Jez Green was an important figure in his box. How many times would you see him on his feet, fist pumped and looking like a tower of strength. I no reason to doubt that Matt Little is an excellent fitness trainer but he has always been one of the more subdued members of the camp.

Matt was pretty pumped at the DC, orchestrating the crowd to raise the noise output.

Well, the way Andy played was disappointing, but: he played up to his seeding, and was only beaten by the defending Champion, World #1 and eventual winner.
