Didn't see any of the match, but you have to feel for Wardy somewhat. It did seem the the rain break came at absolutely the worst time for him, Just hope he gets in on a LL place.
FQR: (q15) James Ward WR 131 v Radu Albot (MDA) WR 205 (CH 160 in Jan) by 6-1 3-6 6-2
I was very confident that Wardy would win this one - quite a disappointment. He will be 3rd to 6th in the LL list (with a random draw between at least the top 4) - he could do with at least 2 of Beck, Berankis and Ito winning to keep him in the top 4.

I don't know - there weren't any by the time the main draw came out. I imagine most of the players who aren't millionaires will hobble onto court to collect the cash if they have to but either the odd seed or an injured but honourable (or mad LOL) player may pull out.
LL places at slams in the last year:
1 at USO 2013 2 at AO 2014 (they met in R3!) 0 at RG 2014 4 at Wimbledon 2014
I don't know how many of the above would already have been known about by the end of qualifying at those previous slams.
As for Wardy's chances of being one of the top 4:
Berankis is a set down but 5-0* up in the 2nd Ito is a set up Beck is a set up, *3-4 in the 2nd
... so at the moment, 2 out of 3 of those players winning is looking at least plausible.

At 5-5, Beck went 0-40 (I think - maybe 15-40) down on serve, got back to deuce but then got broken anyway and Ram will serve for the match
Is a turnaround in the last men's FQR match on court going to cost James a place in the top 4 LL draw? (if so, he could do with one more player having already withdrawn from the main draw in the last 24 hours, since I think the draw would then be between the top 5)
