Dear Lord I'm having a bad day. First I attribute an article to the wrong journalist (and no I'm not Neil H in disguise!) and then predictive text gets me....now corrected - nothing like a TITLE
Nice to see Hev pick up another title, but I'm hoping it doesn't tempt Hev into playing more doubles, it's tough enough playing a full schedule of singles without trying to play doubles every week.

Conversely, I rather hope that, within reason, it does tempt her back onto the dubs court. It's a great place for a player trying to become more aggressive to practice seeing the opportunities to move into the court and use some of the shots they need to finish points quickly.
It might not be entirely suitable to Hev's situation but I remember reading an article about top-level doubles and how many coaches see impromptu pairings as a positive thing for dominantly singles players. It was something along the lines of "money is least important but is obviously a happy event, trophies/deep-runs boost confidence at the top-level and the networking made by these pairings make constant single events away from home a lot more comfortable."
