Liam gobbles a bagel against Josh and wins 6-3 6-0.
Really happy for Liam, but what has happened to Josh since his fabulous Challenger efforts at the end of last year ? Was really hoping he would be back up the rankings by now.

Good question - Josh M said he was playing better than his ranking last year, but he just cannot seem to move up to the next level. Same for Neil P.
Luke had at least 1 break point at 4-4*, came through a close service game to hold for 5-5* and has had at least 2 break points in the 11th game of the 3rd set too - he is now just 2/14 on bps to the Pole's 3/7.
As I write that, he gets another bp, takes it and will serve for the match 3-6 6-4 *6-5

2 British pounds in the SFs (LBs ... igmc) - more importantly, Luke's win should take him into the ATP singles top 600 for the first time

Good stuff. Hopefully we can have another Bournemouth final between the LBs ( Luke beat Liam, certainly not for the first time, in the the British Tour final last week ).
