I've added the new WTA rankings to this week's GB Top 25 table and all the other stats links, together with the weekend's results & draws and Monday's OoP, which were a bit delayed by BOTB and other work.
Just two new singles CHs - Lisa Whybourn moves up another place to 438 and Jocelyn Rae reaches her first CH of 2010, one place above her 2009 high. 8 doubles CHs, including Lisa again, are headed by Sarah Borwell, edging up another place to WR 67, while Nicola George breaks into the doubles top 1000.
Dropping the Warsaw WTA SF points sees Anne K's singles ranking fall 39 to WR 154 and Katie is now GB no. 2 again.

Next week's GB women's top 25 table is now available - I've done the women first this week because their Nottingham Q draw is out 24 hours before the men's draw.
I'm guessing that Wobbly being the first Brit on the entry list in qualifying and Lisa knowing she has a MD WC means that original WCs Mel and Anna Smith got in as DAs in the end, Naomi Broady either scraped in as a DA or got the other WC that came free and that if she got in as a DA, Anna Fitzpatrick might have got the spare WC (perhaps for winning back-to-back British Tour events) since she was on the original entry list, isn't in the qualifying draw and seems unlikely to be injured having just won a BT Final.
I've also changed Georgie Stoop's name to Georgina Gent as discussed on the Nottingham thread, though unlike the ITF, the WTA and LTA sites still show her with her old name.

This week's GB top 25 table has now been updated with the new (14 Jun) WTA rankings.
There are 5 new WTA singles CHs - Laura Robson up 22 to 236 (she will be the GB no. 5 at the start of Wimbledon unless Heather qualifies and reaches the QFs in Eastbourne, which seems rather unlikely!), Anna Smith at 265, Lisa Whybourn at 410, Nicola George at 828 and (new to the GB top 25 as well) Nicola Slater at 939.
There are 9 new doubles CHs as well, with Naomi Broady at 450 the only one of them inthe top 500.

A total of 321 WTA points picked up in week 24, i.e. 14-20 June (sum the tw & nw columns on the GB Top 25 table and add any point from non-T25-ers shown at the bottom) is the biggest single week haul (*) since at least the start of 2008! That's as far as my complete points breakdowns for the Brits go back, but it might well mean the biggest single week haul for over a decade and a half.
It just beats the 316 picked up in Shrewsbury week last year.
(*) a single week haul defined as all points picked up in single week events that week, including qualifying points (even if they were picked up the previous weekend) plus slam qualifying points if it's a slam qualifying week, slam week 1 points if it's week 1 of a slam or slam points added after week 1 if it's week 2 of a slam.

In the Mail today a few quotes from Georgie: "My mother remarried two years ago and I wanted to change my name to that of my stepfather. I've been meaning to do it for a long time, but I use my passport so much that until I got injured there was no time to take it in and get the necessary alterations done."
I've now added the new Jul 5 WTA rankings to the top 25 table and the other stats.
5 new women's singles CHs include Lisa Whybourn at 323 (up 89), Joss Rae at 457, Nicola George at 820 & top GB riser Nicola Slater at 839 (up 95), while 9 new doubles CHs are headed by Heather Watson at 217 (up 166), Naomi Broady at 440 & Jade Windley at 455.

This week's GB women's top 25 table is now up but it looks like the new WTA rankings are going to be delayed by 24 hours due to the Montréal Final overrunning.
