So close from Evans.... but so far as GGL wins 6-4 in the 3rd.
Great effort from him in comparison to the dismal showing against Malisse, and with a bit more experience he'd have won this match, especially after the winning the mammoth game at 2-2. Needs work on the serve it looks like, as even a poor server would get more than 2 aces in a 2 hour match on grass, but encouraging signs, and I think he and Willis will get the last 2 Wimbledon Quali WC's now.
He's softened him up nicely for one of Eaton or Bamford now, and I really think that whoever won that match will beat GGL now, as long as they play the match this evening (and I'd give them a chance if they played tomorrow anyway)
Falla wins 5-3 ret, and so will be Bogdanovic's opponent tomorrow.
Tough match for Boggo, but it's winnable and I think it's a match Boggo needs to win for his confidence.
Technically GGL should be back on court now, but I think it will be another hour before he goes on against Eaton/Bamford.
And why does the Cox/Coelho match seem to take so long for a point to be played? Either every point is a long rally, or Cox has developed a Djokovic/Nadal style serving routine.
And Nishikori looks to be on fire today... meaning it isn't looking good for Cox tomorrow if he wins this
