The table has been updated. Here is our present top 10:
Graeme Dyce (1989) moves from 102 to 57. Daniel Cox (1990) moves from 122 to 70. David Rice (1989) moves from 197 to 122. Joshua Milton (1989) moves from 157 to 139. Marcus Willis (1990) moves from 276 to 186. Daniel Evans (1990) moves from 294 to 199. Michael Thompson (1990) moves from 297 to 200. Peter Francis (1989) moves from 364 to 251. Faris Akhazzan (1990) moves from 418 to 287. Philip Stephens (1989) moves from 433 to 299.
N.B. : All the fresh rankings are new career highs except for Josh Milton's. Josh ties with his previous career high, which he set back in July after that dream run of eleven straight wins in thirteen days time.
If they play well in all the three tournaments down under, it's very much possible.
2006 was a hopeless year for British boys. Dan and Ed Corrie were the only players to win a round at any of the four Slams and no one finished in the top 100.
Hopefully we will have five players or more in the top 100 at the end of 2007.
