For any not watching the live feed (or reading this later)

Volandri took his first service game...and then broke Andy to 15 (Andy served at 40% in that first game.

On the bright side, it's 15-30 on Volandri's serve. Come on Andy, you're supposed to have improved your serve over the break.

Thank goodness for that. And thanks for repeating the live feed link, the original must have come up just as I was getting a coffee ready for the start! Got it now, though I can't get it full screen, I need a magnifying glass. But hey, it's free!

Volandri to serve:

0-15, V goes wide.

Jamie's just been shown to be watching on the side, looks pretty bored and tired!

15-15
15-30, great shot from andy
15-40, V goes wide (same side as first point off the backhand) after the rally
game Murray. Great approach shot but needn't hit the volley as V nets.

Brad's watching too (surprise, surprise!)

Murray about to serve at 3-2.

great first serve, it really bounced low, put V off balance playing a defensive shot and then couldn't stay in the rally. 15-0

15-15, M's turn to net at the sight of his opponent racing to the front

15-30, ue from Andy who tamely netted (think he might have thought the last shot out)

15-40, Murray cross-court backhand. Come on Andy!

30-40, super serve, V nets it. Andy has been using the courts with his serve well and V's finidng it hard to cope with sometimes.

game V, sneaky drop shot from V (Andy reckons it was out - gone to speak to umpire - failed to do anything thouhg)

3-3. Andy looks quite out of breath (apparently he's had a cold) which isn't good this early in the match.

Volandri serving:

second serve 15-0, Murray out
second serve 30-0, long rally, V drop shots. Andy gets to it but sends it wide.
serve volley from V () wins on the second volley. 40-0
40-15, df
a really safe second serve from V puts Andy in control and V goes long in the rally. 40-30
beautiful drop shot from Andy but apparently it was wide game. 4-3 to V. Andy chatting to umpire looking confused as it goes to a break on the telly.

Andy serving:

15-0, excellent approach and volley from Andy using the opposite corners, V didn't stand a chance.
15-15, A goes long. So far this match there have been flashes of Murray's form but it's not quite there yet, probably a sympton of it being the first match of the season.
30-15, ace.
40-15, second serve ace down the T.
game, ace out wide.

4-4
