okay here goes....

James started off much the better player hitting the ball harder and much deeper than Jamie. At 2-1 Jamie was broken and James held on easily to take the first set 6-3. Shot of the set was a delightful lob by Auckland. There were signs in the latter stages of the set that Murray was getting into his stride.

Second set Jamie seemed focused even though auckland was still serving well with at least an ace in every service game. Jamie broke only to be broken straight back and James served his way to a TB.

Jamie got the only MB of the breaker and won the second set with an ace of his own.

So the CTB...first to 10.

Auckland totally dominated this racing to a 10-7 win. Needed 4 MP though !!!
