No Fed. Scared....
Tim is skipping the first week of the year.
Boggo is on the Alts list for all three events. 14th for Doha; 12th for Adelaide; 9th for Madras.
a bit early dont you think, lol well im like that also, good to see that fed isnt there. didnt he beat monfils in final of this last year, or was it elsewhere
strange for fed to miss out. he might ask for a wc tho? is there any chnace a player of his stature missed the cut - maybe him and his mangemnet team got caught up in the excitment of the yec.
of course at that level there the small matter of playing fees, he could be waiting to see who comes up with the best offer (although that doesnt really fit with my impression of fed)

Barring WC's is Andy guaranteed to be seeded fifth?
The seedings are not based on the entry list but on the ranking on the Monday of the week before the tournament starts; of course at this time of the year players at this level are not playing anywhere, so their rankings cannot change before the event. So yes, barring a higher-ranked player getting a wildcard, Andy will be seeded fifth.
Or, of course, higher if any of the top four withdraw
yeh true, by the way chennai and doha are different tourns, seems as if someone who posted early could of been confused.
maybe you knew just saying anyway but i think that monfils will have another funny year, i mean i think his only ranking points are coming in this first tourn.
This year i hope andy takes out DAVYDENKO- to beat him in a grand slam and nadal in a tourn will complete andy's potential for me. then i will know that he can become a top 4 player for years to come. however i think the next 5 years of tennis will be roger dominating and the other 10 changing places each year
yeh hes 25/26 now prob right, only 3 more years then and then it will be intersting. i prefer it when the tour has 3 diff gs winners , if you look at it now and fed was not playing , i dont think anyone would win more than one grand slam which is what is best about the tour, but now its gettin quite repetitive but fair play fed he da man
