Yes - it is true that he has pulled out. Taken from his official site:

Sadly, Andy won’t be able to take advantage of that reasonable looking draw at the Swiss Indoors. Fact of the matter is he’s not well…

Having been checked out by the doctor - it turns out he has a throat infection. Now I come to think of it, he felt less than 100% when we spoke at the weekend…

The good news is he’s flying back to the UK tomorrow, he’s on antibiotics, and hopeful of playing in Paris.
