RE: ATP Tokyo rd1: Murray/Murray v Butorac/Parrott

60 points for reaching the QF's here!

So jamie is provisionally british doubles number 1 i think!

Though not sure if its top 18 or top 14 results that count for doubles - may be the latter.

andy rapidly closing in on top 100 too btw!

Well done to the Murray brothers in rd 1, upwards and onwards they go in the doubles rankings with Jamie moving a bit further up the top 100 list. Not long till the top singles and doubles player of GB are both Scottish

Should be a test for them in the next round though considering Goldstein/Thomas won against Kohlmann/Waske who are a good doubles partership and seeded 2nd here. So I'd expect them to get through them but probably in 2 close sets or in a 3rd set tie-breaker.

Oh aye, couldn't forget him. Of course we can't take a clean sweep on the women's game have to give the other GB countries a chance
