You'd think they'd get their priorities right. I'd much rather see Murray in action in the 4th round of a slam than listen to england getting thrashed [again !!] in 1 day cricket

Davydonkey is serving at 2-1
15-0. Awesome backhand down the line from the donkey.
30-0. Andy nets i think...kinda looked away for a second
Apart from one really good winner this has been really tame so far from andy.
40-0. Accurate backhand to the corner from davy and murray can barely get his racket to the ball
40-15. much better play from andy. he works davydenko round the corner and forces the error
40-30. Awesome (and i mean it) lob from. On the run and extremely nonchalant!
GAME. Murray nets the service return


That was better but Davydenko holds to lead 3-1

Murray serving at 1-3
0-15. Davydenko wrong foots andy and shoots the winner down the line
15-15. Davydenko tries to attack a second serve but goes wide
15-30. Murray is way behind the baseline and allows davydenko to hit a forehand down the line which hawkeye shows just caught the edge
15-40. Murray forehand goes wide - might have had something to do with the wind...?
30-40. Unforced error from davydenko
Game. Murray heaps a backhand into the net and...


Davydenko gets the double break and leads 4-1


Murray needs to step up and take the initiative in my opinion

Beeb so far:

Murray 1-3 Davydenko
Murray throws up a crafty lob that outwits Davydenko but the Russian is controlling the points and playing brilliantly.

Murray 1-2 Davydenko
Davydenko forces two break points and takes an early advantage as Murray sends an appalling backhand floating well over the baseline. Davydenko is favourite to win this match and Murray will need to show more fight if he is to have a chance against the seventh-seeded Russian.

Murray 1-1 Davydenko
Both players are right on their game and the second point is a beauty, with Davydenko finally forcing Murray to net an attempted running backhand down the line.

Murray 1-0 Davydenko
Murray wins the first point with an exquisite backhand volley and it sets the tone as he holds to love. The young Scot has met Davydenko once before, with the Russian coming out on top.

Do you think Andy looks a little flat mkk ?

Sounding worryingly like the early stages of the Baghdatis match at Wimbledon. He needs to get himself pumped up and attack the Russian. He's not going to win this by just trading no-pace groundstrokes from the back. That's what he did in the 1st 3 sets against Gonzo. It wasn't until he started taking the initiative that he turned things round.

Yeah there's still hope with Andy's returning abilities and Davydenko's not serving him off the court. Andy needs to break now though
