Set over from the looks of things, I wonder whether Andy is running out of steam. Hopefully he can find the energy and resolve to somehow turn things around in the decider. He needs to take more of those half-chances on Ginepri's serve as getting so few 1st serves in, he's going to be broken at least once per set

Well that's the set and probably the match unless Andy can suddenly find some more energy.

Half-chance for Andy here, leading 1-0 in this set with 15-30 on the Ginepri serve with a 2nd serve to attack

Murray 7-6 (7-3) 2-6 1-0 Ginepri
It's topping 100F down on court - that's not Dunblane weather and Murray will be sizzling. However, Murray has cleared his head and moves into a 40-15 lead before winning the game with a hammer forehand.

SECOND SET

Murray 7-6 (7-3) 2-6 Ginepri
Ginepri takes the second set, and Murray appeared to be quite happy to give it up, playing a couple of wild groundstrokes as if he couldn't wait to get the decider under way.

Murray 7-6 (7-3) 2-5 Ginepri
Will Murray switch off the engine in this set and save gas for the third? It's difficult to tell if that's what he's deliberately doing, but he's looking pretty laboured as Ginepri breaks comfortably again.

Murray 7-6 (7-3) 2-4 Ginepri
Murray is looking a touch fatigued all of a sudden and the more athletic-looking Ginepri is moving him around the court like an old pro. Murray plays a backhand into the net to gift Ginepri the game.
