Gasquet gets the double break.


According to the stats, Andy's first serve percentage isn't too bad (for him) but his points won on first serve is only 40%, much lower than he's been getting recently. So it looks like he's compromised the first serve to raise the percentage, I really hope that isn't the case or I can't see him holding very often.


On the other hand, it might be good for Andy to lose today, have at least a day's rest before Cinci. (Yeah, I don't really want it to happen, just trying to be philosophical!)

the comeback didn't last long enough, Gasquet raced to 0-40 and took the set on the second setpoint.

Well after the break back he is 0-40 down....set pts for RG....

6-2...poor first set....cant serve...wont win at this level....!

Stats :

1st Serve : 46% - Pts won 1st serve : 4 / 13 (31%)
2nd serve : Pts won 8/15 (53%)

Winning 40% of returns....also a bit low for Andy.

Murray 2-6 Gasquet
There aren't enough cheap points on the Murray serve and it is hurting him. The Scot falls into a 0-40 hole, saves one point and then tamely surrenders the set.

2nd set.......

Gasguet serving....1-0...a must win service game for Andy
