Henman 2-6 0-3 Murray Murray takes another one as the Henman game continues its slide. He is able to conjure up the odd point hinting at the old class but is making a whole heap of unforced errors.
Henman 2-6 0-2 Murray Henman wastes the first point with a lazy volley allowing Murray to pounce, and the young Scot comes up with a precise lob onto the baseline for 0-30. Murray then earns two breakpoints but squanders both. Henman gifts his rival another breakpoint with a long forehand but saves himself when he finds the range with his next. But Henman misses two more forehands to drop another game.
Henman 2-6 0-1 Murray Murray questions one call and plonks an easy volley wide but otherwise cruises to the hold, helped by Henman's lack of precision as another drop shot drifts out.
FIRST SET
Henman 2-6 Murray Henman slides to 15-40 as the young pup outguns him and a wayward backhand gifts Murray the first set.
Henman 2-5 Murray A disconsolate Henman continues to make mistakes and shuffles from one side of the court to the other as Murray holds to love.
Henman 2-4 Murray Henman makes a series of unforced errors and seems rather sluggish compared to the last game as he slumps to 15-40. He saves one break point and a Murray net sets up deuce. Both players reach advantage and back-to-back double-faults give Murray another break point which he converts.

The stat's tell it all, Andys 1st serve is 50-57% high for him, but points on serve and second serve are really high, his returns are up to his usuall standard, climbing all over Tim here.
0-15 on Andy's serve. So far this set Tim has been unable to make any impression on Andy's serve not even getting to break point.
15-30.
30-40. 1st break point of the set for Tim.
deuce.
ad 40.
game Andy.
5-2. Tim serving to stay in the match. Mkk looks like your score might be spot on.
Henman 2-6 2-4 Murray Murray conjures a stunning lob for 30-30 which Henman answers with an equally impressive backhand pass. The Englishman then seals the game to keep himself just about in the match.
Henman 2-6 1-4 Murray Henman cannot sustain his renaissance and Murray nails the game easily with one of special backhand cross-court fizzers.
Henman 2-6 1-3 Murray Henman gets to game point after a couple of Murray errors but the Scot flukes one off the net to usher in deuce. Murray goes cross-court with his forehand for advantage but after a glinting piece of jewellery in the crowd forces a momentary halt he fires long for deuce again. Henman then whips up a tight-angle forehand for advantage but Murray unleashes a backhand missile down the line. Henman eventually closes the game out to end Murray's six-game winning streak.

Wow....to think that Britain started this week at Toronto with three players in the draw & top 100.....soon that will be just one....
Henman looks so tired, slow and finished out there....Andy looks great....but wow....soon Greg and Tim will be gone....after the Tursunov beating last week, Fed at Wimbledon and then this today....how long will Tim stay around?
game. Andy serving for it, will he be broken trying to serve out the match once again?
0-15. 0-30. 0-40. game Tim.
5-4 back on serve in the second set. Brad really needs to teach Andy to serve it out.
I can't see Greg going beyond the end of the year but I think Tim might, he seems to be enjoying himself still and if that's the case, where he is in the ranking shouldn't matter too much too him.
Henman 2-6 4-5 Murray Henman finally induces some frustration in Murray as he reaches three breakpoints and converts the first.
Henman 2-6 3-5 Murray Murray pumps a couple of devastating winners past Henman but the Englishman holds his nerve to stave off defeat.
Henman 2-6 2-5 Murray Henman comes out firing and races to 0-30 and a Murray mistake gives the older player two breakpoints. He wastes the first and dumps the second in the net for deuce. But Murray has the hunger and wills his way to the game.
