Andy loses the first set 7-6(3). Lets hope he puts that behind him and rallies to win this tourny...

Second serve. 3-2. great return but A goes long in the rally, shame as C was totally on the back foot that whole point.


A second serve. 3-3. ue from C that time. Goes wide on a bh.


Second serve. 4-3 C. punches a volley away.


C serving 5-3, ue from A who is getting cross with himself.


A is not happy with his right hand, keeps looking at it. Possibly a blister?


6-3, ue as A goes long. And A looks annoyed with himself big time.


7-3. excellent shot from C off an A drop shot, C shouldn't have won that point, he came from nowhere, he deserved it.

First set to Clement, 7-3 on the tiebreak

Fantastic rally from both players but Clement gets the better of Murray and takes the 1st set. The "Tiebreak king continues his run. 3 in a row now for the Frenchman

Andy needs to forget about the blisters, it's an ATP final.

He's come back before against Clement and the fitness problems which plagued him during the clay seem to have gone so hopefully he can do this in 3. Needs to start strongly in the 3rd.

Where do you think he needs to improve Bethan ?

Knew things were not looking good when the computer went down in the middle of that tie break... now I'm back, and look at what happens.


 


Still I did predict a toughy for Andy, at least let's hope it turns out OK for him

30-30: Clement, dominates the rally, punishing groundstrokes from the baseline

30-40: Great return winner from Clement
