After losing 4 points in a row from 0-40, Andy stops the rot, but then loses another 2 points in a row I'm not happy. 2-2

Andy is drifting in and out. He has played some sublime stuff including some fine serving but he has also thrown in a fair bit of rubbish.


Now there is a baby crying which may have put Andy off in that game. It was actually a young girl and she has been hurridly removed.


There is a result from Binghampton that I think you might like.

Sorry, I honestly don't intend to jinx him!  The path to the semis just seems fairly open for an event with such prestige, and considering that Andy isn't even a seed!  0-40 again, but now 30-40 don't do it again Andy!

Woohoo !!! Great start for Andy, not really being troubled at all on serve so far while's he's had chances on the Ferrer serve in nearly every service game - looking comfortable so far
